Our story

We have been helping young people with learning disabilities for a number of years. Whilst this is a complex and significant challenge we are focused on a small but critical part of that challenge and that is starting the relationship between employers who genuinely wish to be involved with young people with this challenge and with education providers. Whether it be from a community inclusion perspective or a real desire to diversify their work force. We find employers who truly have a desire to help with this challenge.

We help schools, colleges and Local Authorities to develop strategic relationships with significant local and national employers.

Vision

Our vision is simple - to ultimately increase the number of young people with learning disabilities in to paid employment. To do that we must build partnerships between employers and education providers, to help all students in a cohort who have learning disabilities. However there are two sides to that coin; we also need to demonstrate to employers that this is a good idea, from a CSR perspective from a recruitment perspective, and from a bottom line perspective.

Methodology

We employ staff who are experienced in finding new opportunities for young people with learning disabilities.. It is all we do each and every day. We love cold-calling! It is through the utilisation of a team with appropriate skills, a focus on a very specific target cohort and an understanding of the nuance of the task, that we are able to deliver such successful projects .
